Flexibility

Following flexibilities are provided in terms of:

1. Selection of Programme:

The flexibility of Entry & Exit in all the program and selection on First come First serve basis but for MCA, MBA Program admission on the basis of any Entrance Examination. If the candidate has not appeared in any Entrance Examination then she/ he has to appear in Joint National Entrance Examination – online exam conducted by Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur.

2. Admission

Admission shall be taken anywhere, anytime, round the clock, round the year as per the given four admission cycle

3. Education

Education shall be provided in the form of E-Learning and Face to Face Learning. Learner can choose any one form of Support or the combination of both (i.e. Blended Learning)

  • I. E-Learning – Anytime, Anywhere at Virtual Campus

E-Tutoring (Lectures Recorded/Live),
E-Practice (E-Lab/Demonstration),                        
E-Library (E-book/E-Journal/E-magazine/newspaper),                                                                                
E-Discussion (Chatting/Mailing/Teleconferencing)

  • II. Face to Face – On Evening Hours/Weak Offs/Holidays or on Mutual Understanding at University recognized places

4. Evaluation

Evaluation will be done in two tier system:

  • I. Continuous Assessment –

Continuous Assessment can be given after completion of minimum counseling hours.

  • II. End Term Examination

The University shall conduct End Term Examination at different places in India as per the Strength of the Students. The Student can choose any Examination Centre for their End Term Fresh/ Backlog Examinations.

5. Medium of Education & Evaluation

The Curriculum of the Programs are designed as per the Industry & Community needs. The medium of Education & Evaluation will be English however some programs have both the medium i.e. English & Hindi as follows:

  • I. Hindi & English Medium Programmes: –

BPP-BA (EPEC), BPP-BA (HPEC), BPP-B.Com, BA(HPEC), BA(EPEC), B.Com., MA(Pol. Sc., Eco., His., Edu.)

  • II. Only English Medium Programmes:

BCA, MCA (Int.), MCA, MBA

6. Credit Transfer System (CTS)

Previous earned credit will be transferred into University Credit (if similar) & those credits shall be exempted and learner is required to earn only non exempted credit to complete the programme.

  • I. Lateral Entry –

Learner having Certificate/Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma can get admission through lateral entry to complete the programme.

  • II. Migration Entry (Migration from other University)

इसके अलावा विष्वविद्यालय उन सभी छात्र-छात्राओं से भी आवेदन आमंत्रित करता है जिन्होंने किसी कारण आपनी पढ़ाई बीच में ही छोड़ दी थी (या तो फेल होने की वजह से या परीक्षा में न बैठने की वजह से) वे सभी छात्र - छात्राएं अपनी षिक्षा डायरेक्ट द्वितीय या तृतीय वर्ष में (विष्वविद्यालय नियमानुसार केवल कोर्स वर्क एवं सतत मूल्यांकन की ही छूट दे रहा है। शेष सभी नियम लागू) प्रवेष लेकर आरम्भ कर सकते हैं। जिसके अन्तर्गत छात्र-छात्राएं पूर्व की परीक्षा (जिसमें वे फेल हुए थे या परीक्षा देने से वंचित हो गये थे) को मार्च/जून/सितम्बर/दिसम्बर में बैकलाॅग परीक्षा की तरह से देना होगा एवं अगले वर्ष मार्च/मार्च/जून/सितम्बर/दिसम्बर में अपनी आगामी परीक्षा द्वितीय या तृतीय वर्ष के रूप में देनी होगी। बैकलाॅग परीक्षा केवल सत्रान्त परीक्षा ;म्दक ज्मतउ म्गंउपदंजपवदद्ध के रूप में कुल 100 अंक की होगी एवं कोई भी सतत् मूल्यांकन नहीं होगा परन्तु अगले वर्ष सतत् मूल्यांकन एवं अवधि परीक्षा दोनों पर आधारित परीक्षा ही होगी।

7. Mobility of Flexible Exit

Some programs are designed on modular curriculum, if learner is interested in breaking his/her study due to some reason then the University will provide:
 Certificate leading to main programme after completion of one year credit
 Diploma leading to main programme after completion of two years credit
 Post Graduate Diploma after completion of one year credit in PG courses.
It is a facility for the learner for certification of the earned credit. If the leaner is interested in completing the academic journey after the break then she/he will take entry again after the break and earn the rest credit to complete the degree programme from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur.
